Extremely happy to have sold my property through AVJ Homes. Had my property valued of several estate agents but when Vijay came to value the property, straight away we knew we would go with him because unlike other estate agents upon the free valuation, Vijay took time out to explain to us the whole sale process and what we\'d be looking to achieve as a sale target for our property without us having to ask. And answered any questions we had. Vijay showed genuine interest in selling the property for us is what made his customer service really stand out.

I recently used AVJ Homes to sell my flat this is the second time I have used them. I found the experience first class from the first meeting we decided on what price to set this was explained to me in great detail outlined what would work best for my sale. From when my flat went live to closing date was 4 days I achieved the price I was looking this is down 100% to Vjay expertise in selling.

Also I was kept updated to the minute by using the customer portal which gives you up to the minute information on viewings bids on my property a great tool when selling. Also my flat was marketed with the most professional photos they really are amazing. The whole process was a dream for selling your flat a true 5 star experience. I can\'t recommend AVjay Homes enough.

I met with Vijay and he couldn’t have been any helpful with me to get me on his books. Was upfront from our first viewing and really helped me move forward with the rental. Danika dealt with the tenancy and I found her really efficient when I found myself in dire straits after selling my house and didn’t have anywhere for me and my dogs. She managed to secure the flat in a few days as opposed to the 7 day turnaround period. It all worked out perfectly. She detailed everything I needed to know from the start, very transparent and didn’t miss anything out. For such a stressful time, she alleviated the stress and pressure of renting a property. Danika is an absolute asset to AVJ Homes and deserves recognition for her hard efforts as she personally invests into each client.

AVJ at the end of my tenancy were a bit frustrated that I wanted to use my deposit to pay my final rent and harassed me even although I explained my financial situation. We eventually, what it seemed, come to a silent agreement, that my deposit would be used for the rent arrears for the final month. I appreciate the other girl was just doing her job and I also understood from the landlord’s perspective that he still had a mortgage to pay, being a former landlord myself. However, a bit of understanding both ways I think helps and this is where AVJ fell short. All in all, I didn’t get any hassle throughout, and entering and vacating the property was a smooth process which ticks boxes with me. Thank you Danika and Vijay for your efforts. Highly recommended. When my husband & I had our first meeting with Vijay he made us both feel so relaxed. With his professionalism & knowledge & being such a genuinely nice guy we made our mind up there & then. Vijay explained everything to us regarding selling our property & talked us through the whole process from start to finish & kept in contact throughout. avjhones had taken to do with everything involved in selling the Property. If you are looking to sell your property I would highly recommend you give Vijay a call. He is totally switched on in the estate agent world. He came out and explained everything avjhomes offered as standard when marketing \/ selling the property. He arranged everything including all viewings. This was an excellent value add as it took the pressure off me to attend them. I was also given a link that keep me updated on the thoughts of the viewer in real time. I did visit the office to complete the instructions to sell the property and everyone was very friendly. A great team atmosphere.
